About Uwase Mart
Uwase Mart is a 100% Rwandan-owned company on a simple mission: make quality everyday goods accessible to every Rwandan household at honest, transparent prices. We run an online store at uwase.rw and mobile apps, and we deliver across Kigali with Cash on Delivery and MTN MoMo. We are a small, fast-moving team, so everyone who joins now helps shape how the company grows.
What a fleet partner is
A fleet partner is a business or cooperative that manages its own team of delivery riders. Instead of working with riders one by one, we agree a service with you: we send delivery requests, your dispatcher assigns them to your riders, and you are responsible for your riders' conduct, safety and documents. We pay your business weekly for every completed delivery.

What we offer fleet partners
- Steady delivery volume across Kigali, growing with our orders.
- Clear per-delivery rates by distance band (near, mid, far), agreed in a written service agreement.
- Weekly payment to your business by bank transfer or MTN MoMo, with a detailed statement.
- One point of contact on our side for dispatch and issues.
What we look for
- A registered business or cooperative, with a TIN.
- At least 3 active riders with valid category A licences, insurance and technical inspection.
- A dispatcher or team lead who can receive and assign requests quickly during our delivery hours.
- Riders who are polite, honest and trained to handle Cash on Delivery and MoMo payments.
- Helmets for all riders and clean, safe ways to carry parcels.
How it works
